Why should an athlete suspected with an internal injury not be given water?

This  is  because  when  person  who blend   loses  large percentage of  his/her blood  and  giving  water  do  not  add  blood  cell    but  dilute  the  blood  which  eventually  causes  hemolysis (  rapture  of  red  blood  cells).The  athlete    my  cry  for  water   due  to  the  haemovascular anomaly but  he  or  she  should  not   be  given   water
