A function would be the second option. If you were to graph all of these points then do the Vertical Line Test all the other options would fail the test making them not a function. Bottom line, the domain (the x) of the points cannot be the same. (1,1) and (1,2) would not be a function because the x is the same number. I hope this makes sense and helps!
