First, find out how many cubes are used for 1 step. 6 cubes/3 steps=2 cubes/step. So, 2 cubes are used to make 1 step. To find out the amount of cubes needed for 11 steps, you multiply 11 by the cubes needed to make 1 step. 11 steps×2cubes=22 cubes. 22 cubes are needed for 11 steps.
