Hey there!

[tex]\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{No}, \ there \ do \ not \ have \ the \ same \ value}}[/tex]

0.3 is not even at the number 1.

3.0 is 3 in a normal number form.

There needs to be 0.7 more for 0.3 too be just at 1.0

This explains that 3.0 is greater.

Hope this helps.
