A fact sheet is a piece of paper that contains information regarding a specific topic or issue that is distributed for publicity purposes. 

For example: There is an election for the school's student body. You can distribute fact sheets about the candidates.

It should contain the following information:
1) name of the candidate
2) position he or she is vying for
3) his or her qualifications that suits the position. includes his or her accomplishments
4) his or her platform if he or she wins
