If the light strikes a mirror at 33 degrees to the surface, the angle it strikes the mirror with regards to the horizontal is 90 - 33 = 57 degrees (the incident angle). The Law of Reflection states that the incident angle will be equal to the reflection angle.

Since we know that the incident angle is 57 degrees and the reflection angle is also 57 degrees, the angle between the incident ray and reflected way is the sum of the 2 angles.

57 + 57 = 114 degrees
