Why does chavez describe the farm workers movement as a "social revolution?"?

It is called or described as a social revolution among farmers because the farm workers are fighting for their rights and to transform the industry that is enslaving them; the non-violent movement is comparable to the blacks, but closely linked to labor struggles. It is also helped the farm worker against discrimination against all immigrants, people of color and those people treated them as second class of a population or people.
