Use the law of cosines.
a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2bc(cos(A))
a^2 = 11^2 + 8^2 - 2(11)(8)cos(32.2)
a^2 = 121 + 64 - 176cos(32.2)
a^2 = 185 - 176cos(32.2)
a^2 = 36.0700028
a = 6
