I believe the answer is: insufficient wage earnings of her husband

Bonnie Thorntron Dill believe that families that consist of both white parents are much more likely to adopt a tradiitional role in relationship when the male become the sole provider for the female. So, if the wife in this situaion somehow forced to work outside her home, she believed we can make the conclusion that the husband must not bring enough to the table for the family.
